People call, e-mail, and write telling us their own personal "Humpty" memory. Here's an e-mail we received yesterday from Mallory (TN) and I thought I would pass it along:

When I was 17 (almost 8 years ago), I worked in a daycare center. There was a little boy that was 3 years old who had one of the Humpty Dumpty pillow dolls that you picture on your website. This little boy carried this doll everywhere and called it "HUMPY". I thought it was so cute and asked the mother where she purchased it cause I wanted one for a child I would have one day. Of course with my luck , he got it as a gift and she had no idea where to get it from. So I went home and looked it up on the internet and could not find any information about it.

I got pregnant a year over a year and 1/2 later and me and my mom, from my memories and measurements tried to make this "HUMPY" doll like the little boys. Of course it was not like the original but it was very close.

So today I saw something that reminded me of that little "HUMPY" doll and decided to google it. I ended up seeing your blog about it and found the picture of the Humpty Dumpty doll that little boy had so many years ago.

I am so excited that I have found the original Humpty Dumpty Doll that I am going buy one for my second daughter who is turning 1.

We love to hear these stories. We'd love to hear yours, too!
